About the Position:

Rara Restaurang is searching for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor / Shift Manager with strong knowledge of service, wines, and bar operations. In this role, you will work alongside the team in daily service while taking on additional responsibility for leading shifts and ensuring smooth operations.

You will be a key part of the team, serving as a role model while supporting staff and maintaining high standards at all times.

Responsibilities include:

Customer handling and ensuring excellent guest experiences

Staff management and team support during shifts

Running and coordinating daily service operations

Inventory control and stock management

Ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels

Working actively in service, just like the rest of the team, with additional leadership responsibilities

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience in restaurant service and leadership (supervisor/manager role is a plus)

Has knowledge of wines, bar service, and hospitality

Is confident in leading a team and making decisions under pressure

Is positive, service-minded, and enjoys working in a team

Speaks fluent Swedish and English (requirement)

Can work independently in a fast-paced environment

Is available to work mostly evenings and weekends
